Terms of Service
Effective July 16, 2026.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ArCat Bridge or any other ArCat Labs product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.
What ArCat Bridge is
ArCat Bridge is a non-custodial routing interface. It compares routes across third-party bridge providers (LI.FI, Gas.zip, Circle's CCTP) and lets you initiate a transfer with your own wallet. ArCat Labs never holds, custodies, or controls your assets at any point — every transaction is signed and broadcast by you.
We do not operate the underlying bridges, smart contracts, or blockchains that settle your transfer. Their availability, correctness, and finality are outside ArCat Labs' control.
Assumption of risk
Interacting with blockchains and smart contracts carries inherent risk, including but not limited to: smart contract bugs, network congestion, validator or sequencer downtime, incorrect transaction parameters, and volatility in gas or asset prices during a transfer.
You are solely responsible for verifying transfer details (chain, token, amount, recipient) before signing. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — ArCat Labs cannot reverse, refund, or recover a transaction once it's been broadcast.
No financial advice
Nothing on ArCat Labs' products constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Route recommendations reflect an automated scoring of cost, speed, and reliability — not a recommendation to transact.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use ArCat Bridge for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or moving the proceeds of fraud or theft. We reserve the right to restrict access where we reasonably suspect misuse.
No warranty
ArCat Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArCat Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of funds due to smart contract failure, third-party provider outages, or user error — arising from your use of ArCat Bridge.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
